Making Good Use of the Eclipse

Being at Peace with Oneself to Succeed in This Incarnation

During each of my clinical deaths, I knew that I was not truly a human being. There was no doubt whatsoever about my divine, perfect, and unlimited identity—or that of all other beings!

Thanks to the life reviews I experienced during each of my near-death experiences, I was able to perceive both the emotional interpretation I had given to a situation and a much broader perspective.

For example, one scene from my first NDE at age three involved the resentment I felt toward my mother because she forced me to eat spinach, which I hated. Freed from my physical body, I could see my mother’s concern for my physical health and her desire to provide me with all the nutrients I needed—out of love for me—and my resentment evaporated instantly.

I had the same experience with every event in my life up to that point: the interpretation I had given it—which had resulted in an emotional reaction or an inner attitude—and then the broader, more complex perspective of being able to see the situation as the unlimited being that I was without my physical body.

The entity guiding me during the life review maintained an attitude of benevolent neutrality—without lecturing me, making me feel guilty, or pointing a finger at me, and without any threat of punishment. “Here is what has been achieved” (all the positive feelings shared with others, joy, pleasure, happiness, and love), “and here is what remains to be done!” This being of light helped me understand very naturally that I would have to return to Earth to transform all the limited interpretations I had made into a version more aligned with universal laws.

We come to Earth to expand our perspective, and so we deliberately choose suffering to learn these lessons, to transform the negative into the positive.

Buddhism

In my youth, I set out in search of the bliss I had experienced on the other side, and from the age of 22 to 29, I diligently practiced Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism as taught by the Soka Gakkai, based on the Lotus Sutra. The teaching of the Ten Worlds made the deepest impression on me because it reflected what I had understood on the other side of the veil.

I thought you might like to hear a description of it:

The Six Paths (states of suffering and reaction)

  1. Hell (Jigoku): a state of total suffering, despair, and inner imprisonment where one feels completely crushed by reality.
  2. The Hungry Ghosts (Gaki): a state of insatiable desire (greed, addiction, fear of deprivation) that never finds rest.
  3. Animality (Chikusho): a state governed by the primal instinct for survival, brute force, fear of the stronger, and a lack of moral discernment.
  4. Anger (Shura): a state of ego marked by arrogance, competition, the need to dominate others, and constant comparison.
  5. Humanity (Nin): a calm state of reason, moral conscience, and self-control, enabling one to distinguish between good and evil.
  6. Ecstasy or Heaven (Ten): a state of temporary joy and satisfaction following the fulfillment of a desire or momentary relief.

The Four Noble States (States of Higher Development)

  1. Study (Shomon): a state in which one learns from others, from nature, or from teachings in order to make progress in the face of challenges.
  2. Awakening to Causality (Engaku): a state of deep intuition that enables one to understand the interdependence of the world and the impermanence of things.
  3. The Bodhisattva (Bosatsu): a state of active compassion in which one finds one’s own happiness by helping others overcome their suffering.
  4. The State of Buddhahood (Butsu): the supreme state of wisdom, courage, inexhaustible vitality, and universal compassion.

No state is permanent. Each state contains the other nine in potential. We can therefore move directly from the state of hell to the state of Buddhahood, without passing through the other states. And we can work to make one of the noble states our “default” state, particularly by reciting the mantra Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo

The Pathwork®

Encountering the teachings of The Pathwork® was a profound experience for me, because I found there, in written form, all the teachings I had received from the other side of the veil! They were transmitted by a spiritual entity known as the Guide and channeled by Eva Pierrakos between 1957 and 1979. It is a framework for understanding the human psyche that speaks to our divine essence. I’ve translated quite a few of these texts into French; you can download them for free. Here are two that are particularly relevant to our call to transform our life circumstances.

A connection to Buddhist teachings can be found notably in Text 50—The Vicious Circle of Childhood Experience.

By bringing our childhood emotions into an adult state, we can naturally access the perspective of our divine Self.

In Text 244—Being in the World Without Belonging to the World—the Guide describes the process of incarnation and the resulting fragmentation of consciousness.

The Scale of Consciousness

developed by Dr. David R. Hawkins (1927–2012)—a medical doctor, psychiatrist, physicist, and researcher—which classifies emotions and states of being according to their vibration, on a scale from 0 to 1,000.

Low-Frequency Levels (Destructive Energies)

  • Shame (20): A feeling of humiliation and self-rejection
  • Guilt (30): Remorse, self-reproach, and self-judgment.
  • Apathy (50): Despair and a sense of resignation.
  • Grief (75): Deep sadness and mourning.
  • Fear (100): Anxiety, vigilance, and a sense of danger.
  • Desire (125): Greed, envy, and constant longing.
  • Anger (150): Frustration, hatred, and resentment.
  • Pride (175): Arrogance and an oversized ego.

The Transition Threshold is Courage (200), the tipping point where a person becomes the protagonist of their own life, marking the transition toward constructive and expansive vibrations

The High-Frequency Levels (Constructive Energies) See his book *The Map of Consciousness: A Proven Scale of Consciousness for Realizing Your Full Potential*—Dr. David R. Hawkins.

  • Neutrality (250): Letting go and flexibility in the face of events.
  • Will (310): Optimism and constructive commitment.
  • Acceptance (350): Forgiveness, understanding, and responsibility for one’s life.
  • Reason (400): Wisdom, logic, science, and clarity of mind.
  • Love (500): Compassion, unconditional respect, and kindness.
  • Joy (540): Radiant serenity and universal love.
  • Peace (600): Enlightenment, bliss, and unity.
  • Awakening / Enlightenment (700 to 1,000): Pure consciousness, beyond individuality.

Aren’t we fortunate to have so many sources of wisdom at our disposal?

The truth is visible through many facets! Choose the one that resonates with you! Isn’t it wonderful that all these traditions converge on this goal of transformation—this opportunity to let our divine identity shine through our temporary human existence?

This is what we are all doing, and we can greatly accelerate the process if we do so consciously.

The energies present on our planet right now indicate that the time has come for human beings to consciously embrace their divine identity. Never before has the veil between the worlds been so thin.

The Earth itself is shifting in frequency, and that is precisely why its inhabitants must follow her in her ascension. This involves the process of transforming lower emotions into higher feelings—hate into love, war into peace, pride into humility, defensiveness into vulnerability, and so on.

We can unify ourselves simply by adopting an attitude of radical self-love: seeing what is dark within ourselves, taking responsibility for it—without shame or guilt—and intending to transform it. This is a direction to follow, and no specific result is required… It is easy to ascend to a higher level through a simple attitude of neutrality or acceptance; after that, a virtuous cycle takes hold.

We can accept everything about ourselves—there’s nothing wrong with us! For transforming what is currently coarse in our inner life into a more subtle manifestation is precisely our contribution to the world; we are here to spiritualize matter by transforming our heavy baggage right here and now!

Putting all of this into practice is exactly what we’ll be doing during the upcoming workshop at Autre Eglise; we’ll bring to light the parts of ourselves that have remained in the shadows through the mirror that others are willing to hold up for us, in authentic yet gentle and respectful communication.

The current astrological climate, with today’s solar eclipse in Leo, is extremely powerful. Recently, the lunar nodes shifted from the Virgo-Pisces axis to the Leo-Aquarius axis, which speaks to our sovereignty as masters of our own destiny, inviting us to express our authentic selves with the goal of serving all of humanity.

An eclipse is not an easy time; it brings an energy of chaos and destabilization.

This is the right moment to focus on faith in our own light—the divine sun that shines within each of us. It is a unique moment when the unconscious overshadows the conscious mind, allowing us to discover something about ourselves that we might not otherwise see.

Whatever realization you have about yourself, don’t hesitate to embrace it as part of your identity; welcome it with open arms—you are multifaceted and complex because you are gods! Nothing is dangerous if your intention is to bring your divine light back to this planet.

Personally, I spent this moment in deep meditation with a few close friends.

Did you discover something you didn't know before? I’d love to hear from you about it. Make good use of these energies to celebrate your divine identity and fully embrace your state of divine human being!

With love,

Marianne
